(Portland, Oregon —March 1, 2023) — Billups is proud to announce that two of our team members, Director of Revenue Cameron Haggerty and Managing Director EMEA Andrew Brunton have been selected to participate in Tribe Global's Rising Stars Program. Tribe Global is a global network of over 40 independent communications agencies. The Rising Stars Program is designed to identify and develop the next generation of talent to drive the agency network’s growth.

The Rising Stars program brings together a team of 8 talented individuals from across the Tribe Global network, who will collaborate with the Executive Board to spearhead strategic and tactical priorities across marketing, education and training. They will also focus on the organization of the TribeOpen 2023 Conference in New York, a flagship event of the agency network. This international dream team will work together to drive innovation and growth across the network, while helping to shape the future of the marketing industry.

The program will run for an initial period of 24 months, during which time the Rising Stars team will work closely with the Executive Board to drive a range of strategic and tactical initiatives. These will include the development of new marketing and business development strategies, the creation of new educational and training programs, and the implementation of new recruitment and retention initiatives.
Cameron Haggerty is the Director of Revenue at Billups and has 18 years of experience in the OOH industry. Past roles have included local vendor sales, production management, media planning, account services, team leadership & management, contract negotiation and financial analysis.
Since joining Billups as a Media Planner in 2013, Cameron has relied heavily on an empathetic approach to his craft and has leveraged his uniquely well-rounded experience in OOH to ascend the Billups org-chart. Promoted from Planner to Supervisor to Account Director to Regional Director over 9 years, he was most recently promoted from his role in media to Director of Revenue in an effort to educate and empower the broader media team to employ a similar approach to the company’s diverse roster of accounts.
Andrew Brunton is the Billups Managing Director EMEA and is responsible for introducing and developing Billups in the EMEA market, transforming OOH advertising through innovative technology, deeper audience understanding and creative media solutions. Over the past 18 months, the EMEA team has grown from 1 to over 12 media experts across 6 markets delivering OOH excellence to clients in the region.
Andrew honed his craft over the past 15yrs in OOH Specialists and Media Agencies, working on some of the leading brands including Nike, Rolex, Meta and many more. When Andrew is not obsessing over industry matters, clients and the audience he continues to fuse his passion of the OOH with travel and sport undertaking many challenges across EMEA while keeping his eye out for unlocks and opportunities for future briefs and campaigns.
